Known globally for his boundary-pushing aerials, fearless charging at Mavericks, and eccentric superhero wetsuits, Barney channeled that exact same explosive energy onto the canvas. This is a rare, intimate opportunity to see the world through his eyes and experience the artifacts of surf history he left behind.

Whether you grew up watching him in Volcom videos or are discovering his whimsical, outsider art for the first time, this exhibition captures the undeniable spark of a surfer who lived in full color.
