After shaping his first board at age 14, he spent a decade absorbing the craft alongside legendary masters, including Terry Martin, Malcolm Campbell, and Chris Christenson. Heavily influenced by the San Diego roots of the Mini Simmons movement, Warren became an early pioneer in refining the high-speed, effortless glide of alternative shortboards.
